Cancellation Policy

• Reservation cancellation requests received 7 days prior to check-in date, we shall provide 100% refund.
• Reservation cancellation requests received , within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date, 100% retention will be charged
• Rescheduling requests of the reservation 7 days prior to check-in date, will be considered.
• Rescheduling requets of the reservation , within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date wont be considered, 100% retention will be charged.
